Yes! When you book a recurring cleaning subscription, we prioritize matching you with the same cleaner each time. This helps build familiarity and trust. If your preferred cleaner is unavailable, we'll match you with another highly-rated professional in your area.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with the service, contact our support team within 24 hours of job completion. We'll arrange for the cleaner to return and address any issues at no extra charge, or provide a partial/full refund based on the situation.
